I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had an amazing experience! The location couldn't be more perfect - it's in a great spot in the city, close to the Jing An Temple station and within walking distance to the exhibition centre. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful building and stylish interior decor. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the room was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected easily.
In short, I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel is nice and very tranquil.
The morning breakfast timetable is too early ( closing at 9 am ).The distance to metro station is quite a lot, not so closed like described on the web. You need to pass an expressway by means of stairs - elevators are available, but not always working. Not easy accessible to disabled or elderly people, if not by taxi.

Great location in the heart of the city, with easy access to shopping, nightlife, and public transportation. The room was spacious and had a rare garden view, adding to the peaceful ambiance. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, including made-to-order fresh eggs. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay here! The location is ideal, just a short walk to the metro station and close to Jing An Temple. It's also conveniently located near the exhibition center. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff and room service available. The room amenities were fantastic, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the in-room safe. The hotel had a restaurant and a bar/lounge area, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The sauna and other leisure facilities were an added bonus. This place was truly a luxurious and comfortable stay, and we highly recommend it for families.

I did not know there was a compulsory room service charge that was worth $120RMB for 3nights. there were barely any service provided, because everytime we rang the reception, the call got transferred without waiting for us to response. which i think is very rude. If i had to choose whether to give a service fee or not, I would have definitely not given one due to the service that was provided.

A good location close to shops, cafés and restaurants
The breakfast buffet was lousy, and the staff not serviceminded.

Good breakfast options and friendly housekeeping staff. Convenient location for business travelers who need to be close to the city center and public transportation. the lobby has a pleasant design that sets a welcoming tone during hectic travel days.
Outdated decor that looks worn and dirty. Small rooms that are not big enough for business work.

How the Staff Treated Angie & I. I am Danny, Angie's Husband, taking this survey.
I cannot say anything negative about the Jing-An Hotel. In Fact, when Angie Booked it as part of our Trip, I was Thrilled to be returning to the Jing-An. We stayed there during the '2K8 Olympics, & I became Buds with 1 of the Assistant Managers, who is still there. I wish he'd get in touch with me so I can send him a picture of He & I from '2K8! I Guess I'll just have to Mail it. . . . .

To enter the hotel you need to climb stairs, only way is to carry your luggage. I arrived with taxi and the bellboy had an arrogant attitude and looked reluctant to help me with my suitcase! One of the receptionist staff had the same attitude issue. You can't enter the garden (which was 1 of the main reasons for choosing hotel), hotel interior is old/worn down. Facilities are poor.

We loved this hotel for its amazing location. It was easy to get around the city as it was just a few minutes' walk to Jing An Temple station by metro. Plus, there were many bars, restaurants, and malls nearby. The hotel itself was very clean, and our room was spacious. We had all the necessary amenities, including an iron and ironing board, bathrobe, hairdryer, and umbrella. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The staff was friendly and helpful during our romantic getaway. The complementary chocolates and roses were a nice touch. The hotel is located in a bustling area with many restaurants and shops within walking distance, which made it easy to explore the city.
The hotel was very old and outdated. The room had a strange smell and the furniture was worn down.

Good location, not far from the underground
Staff - extremely badly trained.I'd never recommend it: doorman doesn't meet u, reception doesn’t say “hello” or “goodbye”.We were not sure if we came to the right hotel, dialed the number of JingAn hotel (we’ve received it with a reservation confirmation letter)and gave a cell phone to the doorman,so he can talk to the operator and ask him/her which hotel exactly we have booked. As we found out later it was the right hotel but firstly the doorman and the operator decided to send us to the wrong one as they could not understand each other.Seems that both didn’t know where they work.No real assistance or any glimpse of smile at all, staff is rude.Too high humidity in rooms, toilet not flushing properly. In a double room only 1cup,1 toothbrush.
